Your data, kept sacred and safe
Plain-language answer: we collect only what a booking needs, we never track you, and your details are never sold or shared.What we collect
When you book a consultation we store what you type into the form: your name, where you are located, your contact details (phone, email or WhatsApp), the service you chose, your preferred timing, and — only if you choose to write it — a short note about your situation.
When you use the Free Kundali Assistant, your birth details are used in your browser to generate the chart and are never sent to us or anyone else.
Cookies & local storage
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and loads no analytics. It uses a small amount of first-party browser storage (localStorage) that is strictly necessary for the site to work: your theme choice (light/dark), your animation and music preferences, your cookie-consent choice, and — for staff only — a temporary admin session key that lives in the tab until it is closed.
Because these are essential and first-party only, the site may store them without waiting for consent. You can still decline below, and you can clear them at any time from your browser settings.
Why we use your details
Your booking details are used for one purpose only: to contact you and arrange your consultation. We send you a confirmation email (if you gave an email address) and alert our own team. We never sell, rent, or share your details with advertisers or data brokers.
Where your data lives
Booking records are stored in a managed Postgres database hosted by Supabase (EU/UK region) with row-level security locked down so that the public can only add records — nothing can be read or changed through the public site. Confirmation emails are sent through Brevo. Both are established processors operating under GDPR.
Our staff access bookings through a PIN-protected dashboard, and the PIN itself is never stored in the browser.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept while they are useful for your ongoing consultations and then archived or deleted on request. If you ask us to erase your details, we will delete them from the database and confirm back to you.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or erase the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. Message or call us using the details below and we will act on your request promptly.
